Welcome to SEO4Auto. By creating an account or using our platform at seo4automation.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

SEO4Auto provides SEO auditing, AI answer-engine visibility tracking, keyword research, backlink analysis, and related reporting tools. We offer both subscription plans and pay-as-you-go metered usage. The specific features available to you depend on your selected plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API key usage. You may invite team members; you remain responsible for their actions within your workspace.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to analyze domains or keywords you do not own or have permission to monitor.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or excessively query our systems beyond your plan limits.
• Share or resell access to your account or API keys without authorization.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights.

4. Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Pay-as-you-go credits are purchased in advance and consumed per API call or audit run. Credits do not expire. Refund requests for unused credits or unused subscription time may be submitted for review. Enterprise contracts are governed by separate agreements.

5. AI Visibility Data

AI engine visibility data is statistical in nature. LLM responses vary between calls, and our visibility scores represent sampled monitoring, not deterministic ground truth. We make no guarantee that visibility scores will match any specific external measurement.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the platform. We retain ownership of the platform, its codebase, algorithms, and aggregated, anonymized datasets. White-label reports you generate are yours to distribute to your clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEO4Auto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-revenue damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legal retention is required.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
